Gert-Peter den Hollander specializes in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), reporting that is based on Book 2 Part 9 of the Netherlands Civil Code and the financial reporting by public interest entities (PIEs), and has advised many companies, listed and unlisted, on the application of IFRS. In addition, he has been responsible for many IFRS conversion engagements for Dutch as well as foreign clients.

Because of his affinity with reporting and auditing issues, for many statutory audits of PIEs he was the Independent Quality Reviewer (IQR) within the meaning of the Audit Firms Supervision Act. In that capacity he has experience in contacts with regulators like the Authority Financial Markets. Besides his IQR activities he was also involved in internal quality control reviews of audit engagements.
